The Koibox calendar can be synchronized with your calendar (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, etc). Each pending appointment in your Koibox profile will appear in your External Calendar and all appointment modifications will be synchronized, which may take up to an hour to appear. Appointments can only be modified from your Koibox calendar, never from the external calendar, any external changes to Koibox will not appear in your schedule.
Administrators will have the possibility to synchronize the Koibox agenda of the entire room in addition to that of a specific user. Finally, end customers, upon receiving an email with the appointment data may decide to add an appointment taken in Koibox as an event in their External Calendar.
