You can register for free and without any commitment and enjoy all the features of the program (except personalized APP, unlimited SMS, email,…) for 15 days.
Yes, from Koibox you can import the database of customers, services and products in Excel format. It is not possible to import: the calendar and the history of appointments and sales.
Yes, support and updates are included in all packs. The support schedule, both online and telephone, is from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 (Spanish time).
Once the trial period ends and you try to access the system, the payment screen will appear where you have to accept and sign the contract conditions, choose the pack you want to hire, fill in the tax data for the invoice and the card data.
No, the duration will be conditioned on the different payment modalities (monthly or annual) selected from SaaS and SaaS Services. It will be automatically renewed unless the User notifies KOIBOX of his intention not to renew his subscription at least fifteen (15) calendar days before the end of the subscription period by sending a message to the address administracion@koibox.cloud .
